I’m Casey — a fire breather, dancer, traveler, and someone who’s constantly testing what it really takes to grow. I’ve done the “big” things — desk jobs, wingwalking, performing, firefighting — but none of that matters if my daily life feels out of control.I’ve had seasons where I felt unstoppable, and seasons where getting out of bed felt like the win.I’m not here as a guru.
